Your work and your personal details are sensitive, and we treat them that way. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it private.

What we collect

Only what we need to proofread your work and reach you: the document you upload, your email address, and the order details you provide (such as document type, subject, academic level, and deadline).

How we use it

Your document and details are used solely to complete and deliver the proofreading you ordered. We do not use your writing to train any system, we do not publish it, and we do not reuse it for any other purpose.

Who can see your document

Your file is shared only with the proofreader assigned to your order and the limited staff needed to deliver it. It is never shared publicly or with other customers.

Storage and deletion

Your document is stored securely while we work on it and for a short period afterwards in case you request a revision. We aim to delete uploaded documents within 30 days of delivery. If you would like your file deleted sooner, just ask.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your documents to anyone.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to delete your document, or unsubscribe from our emails at any time. To make a request, email pwritingguru@gmail.com.
